There are a lot of simple but beneficial things around us which we may be taking for granted without us noticing it. In a workplace for example, there are a lot of factors which affects the productivity of an employee, but the employer seem not to care about it for the reason, they may be thinking that it does not affect their employees at all? Having a healthier working environment is a worthy investment; it’s not just a matter of improving the inner look of the company but the employee’s morale as well.
